Use of the Website By accessing or using our website, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use our website in accordance with these terms and conditions. You also agree to be responsible for all payments due to us for bookings made by you or anyone using your login information. All information you provide to us must be true, accurate, current and complete.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes means you have accepted the new terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to deny access to our website and services to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this agreement.
Limitation on Use The content and information on our website is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. You may make limited copies of your travel itinerary for personal use, but you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through our website. You agree to use our website only for personal, non-commercial use and to make only legitimate reservations or purchases.
You also agree:
- Not to defame, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse or violate the rights of others as defined by applicable law.
- Not to harm or interfere with the operation of other computers and software in any respect.
- Not to violate applicable intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.
- Not to transmit, post, or disclose trade secrets, or other confidential or protected proprietary material or information.
- Not to download or upload files that are unlawful to distribute through our website.
- Not to falsely use a password or misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of another.
- Not to take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Any violation of this clause may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to our travel products or services, forfeiture of any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or debit of your account for any costs incurred as a result of such violation.
Payment Policy
At Let's Go, we accept online payments for travel products and services using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED currency. When making payments, you must be the authorized cardholder and ensure that your identification ("Cardholder ID") matches the credit/debit card used for the transaction. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to cancellation of your reservations and forfeiture of any payments made.
Change and Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel any goods or services purchased on our website, you must send an email to hello@letsgoap.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of provision. The terms and conditions at the time of purchase will determine the change and cancellation policy, including any applicable penalties; cancellation rules are as under:
- No. of days before commencement of Trip* Total Deductions
- Up to 15 days (excluding departure date) 10 % per passenger
- Up to 8-14 days (excluding departure date) 25 % of the package cost
- Up to 4-7 days (excluding departure date) 50 % of the package cost
- Less than 4 days 100 % of the package cost
If a change/cancellation/refund policy is not provided in the terms and conditions at the time of purchase, then the purchase cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded in the event of cancellation. Any permitted changes or cancellations will be processed within two working days after all payments required for processing the request are settled. Refunds, after deducting the necessary payments for cancellation, will be credited back to the original payment card or account used for the purchase. Please note that some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 30 days to reflect the credited amount.
After successful payment completion, all purchased goods and services will be delivered to the email address provided in the form of a printable electronic ticket ("ticket"). If you do not receive the ticket within one hour after successful completion of purchase, you must notify us immediately. Please note that we do not provide goods and services to countries, entities, and individuals barred by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury, in accordance with UAE laws.
